Preparation

  1. In a shaker (crush the pieces of fruit at the bottom of the shaker), add all the ingredients.
  2. Shake and strain into a glass.

Topping

Decorate with mint and fruit slices.

  • 1.50 oz Rubus gin
  • 0.50 oz honey syrup
  • 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Peach or nectarine pieces (to taste, between 4 and 8)
  • 2.50 oz of your favorite tea, cold brewed
  • Ice cream
