Our story
Véronique Labbé and David Fournier founded Microdistillerie La Ponce in 2021 with the goal of producing quality spirits that showcase Quebec’s terroir and collaborating closely with local producers, especially maple syrup producers.
They initially crafted small-batch gins, flavored with native Quebec plants, that they handpick themselves from regional forests.
Over the years, their range of spirits has expanded, and they now produce vodkas, rum, whisky, brandy, and various liqueurs.
