Our amber acérum, a maple eau-de-vie from Quebec, is an exceptional spirit.
It is crafted from maple syrup sourced from small sugarbush producers in the Bellechasse and Beauce regions, which is then fermented and slowly distilled in small batches, then aged in charred maple barrels.
