Preparation

  1. Frost the rim of your glass with salt if desired.
  2. In a shaker, combine the acerum, grapefruit juice, lime juice and maple syrup.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with sparkling water or grapefruit soda for a sparkling touch.

Topping

A slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary for an aromatic touch.

  • 1.5 oz acerum (maple brandy)
  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Sparkling water (or grapefruit soda for a stronger taste)
  • Ice cream
